The Heavy Duty table is built for fabricators who push the limits of what a fixture table can do. Its 25 mm cast iron top, deeper skirt, and robust construction make it the right choice when your work demands that the table maintain absolute flatness no matter what you put it through. Heavy Duty tables are measurably flatter than Standard Duty tables out of the box and are engineered to maintain that flatness under the most demanding loads.

The Fireball Cast Iron Tables are the best all around tables on the market. They combine the strength of 25 mm thick top and sides used for heavy duty tables with the more finely spaced 50 mm grid pattern you find on light to medium duty tables. Gray cast iron naturally resists weld spatter, does not form burrs on the surface, resists deformation, and once machined flat, it stays flat.
Combined with the patent pending Fireball 19 mm Fixture System, Fireball tables and fixtures are the fastest, simplest, and most secure fixture system.
CHOOSE THE HEAVY DUTY IF YOU:
- Straighten frames, chassis, or large structural assemblies — where the table needs to resist significant warping forces
- Regularly work with large, heavy weldments — that generate substantial twisting or pulling loads
- Frequently expand work off the sides of the table — using large cast iron accessories and blocks
- Need the highest level of long-term flatness retention — under repeated heavy production use
- 19 mm thick ribbing for rigidity
- Ability to share a single table leg accross two tables
- Single-piece cast construction for torsion control
- 200 mm sidewall
- 6 leg pads

Use the Special Mounting Holes for Joined Tables
Fireball 2600x1400 mm vs. Regular 2400x1200 mm
Clamping a Full 2400x1200 mm Table with Room to Spare
The Fireball 2600x1400 mm is our take on a 2400x1200 mm table. We believe that you need a table that can accommodate 2400x1200 mm parts, so we made it a little larger. At 2600 mm long and 1400 mm wide, the extra 200 mm along the length and width of the table makes it closer to a 3000x1500 mm, giving you more space to work with.
The Fireball 2600 1400 mm table has 20% more top surface area than an actual 2400x1200 table. The spacing of the holes means you can fixture a 2400x1200 workpiece from all four sides without even bringing the table’s side apron into play.
The table’s side is 200 mm tall and provides rigidity. It has three rows of holes machined in a 50 mm grid pattern for adding extensions or joining tables together.
Fireball 2400x1200 mm Plus
- Hole Diameter: 19 mm
- Grid Pattern: 50 mm
- Holes: 1,400
Standard 2400x1200 mm
- Hole Diameter: 28 mm
- Grid Pattern: 100 mm
- Holes: 588
The Fireball 2400x1200 mm Plus is so large and has so many holes that you can fit the entire surface of a 2400x1200 mm System 28 table inside of it.
Leg Options
Legs mount onto plates at the bottom of the table. Leveling feet with spindles at the bottom of the legs offer fine adjustment and leveling.

Explaining FM19 Fixture System
- The entire Fireball Table system is based on 19 mm diameter hole sizes on a 50 mm grid pattern.
- All fixtures are also based on a 19 mm diameter hole size and use 25 mm thick by 50 mm wide fixtures.
- Tables and plates come in different thicknesses for different applications and price points, but ALL Fireball 19 mm fixtures are compatible with ALL Fireball 19 mm tables whether it’s a 1,500 kg heavy duty table or a portable 20 kg plate.
Why 19 mm Hole System
- 45% larger cross section compared to 16 mm holes means stronger bolts, stronger clamps.
- Largest hole size while still having a 50 mm grid pattern on the table and 25 mm hole pattern on fixtures.
Why 50 mm Grid Pattern
- The 50 mm grid pattern is the ideal hole density to get clamps and fixtures where you need them.
- Many fixtures require 2 bolts to properly align them. Having a 50 mm grid pattern allows shorter, more compact fixtures compared to a 100 mm hole spacing. This is even more important when fixtures have slots to bridge the gap to the next hole, and is the difference between a 100 mm on a 50 mm grid, vs a 200 mm slot on a 100 mm grid.
What Makes the 19 mm Hole System Superior to 16 mm
- 45% larger hole cross section while still allowing 50 mm spacing on table and 25 mm spacing on accessories.

What Sets Every Fireball Table Apart
- Oversized Surface Area — Fireball tables are larger than the industry-standard 1200x2400 mm format, providing approximately 20% more working surface. That extra space matters when positioning fixtures around a full-sized weldment.
- Higher Hole Resolution — The 19 mm hole system at tighter hole centers gives you the strength advantages of a 28mm style system combined with the finer positional resolution of a 16mm-style system — in one table.
- Machined Grid Lines and Perimeter Labeling — Every hole on a Fireball table has a unique label. Record exactly where every fixture was placed, come back weeks later, and set everything back up in minutes.
- 100% Cross-Compatibility — Every Fireball table uses the exact same hole centers and spacing. Your tooling works on every table, and any two tables can be combined seamlessly.
- The 19 mm Hole — A Century-Old Standard — The 19 mm hole has been shared between woodworkers and blacksmiths for over 100 years. Standard off-the-shelf 19 mm bolts work directly in the table — no specialized fasteners required.
- Rigidity That Doesn't Depend on Your Floor — Fireball tables are engineered so rigid that they do not need to be leveled to be flat. The table is isolated from the floor — whether your shop floor is perfectly flat or not, your table surface will be.
