To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, we recommend placing it by December 15.

For heavier pallet shipments, we suggest ordering by December 10 for timely delivery.

Please note that even if you order before these dates, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery before Christmas.

The final dispatch date in 2024 is December 20. However, this may not apply to all shipments. Some carriers might be unavailable for collection on that date, and affected shipments will be dispatched no earlier than January 8, 2025.

Orders with delivery to non-EU countries placed after December 15 will be dispatched no earlier than January 8, 2025.

Our offices will be closed from Monday, December 23, 2024 for the holidays. We will resume regular office hours on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Any orders placed during the closure will be processed promptly upon our return in the order that they were received. Same goes for e-mails.
