Standard Duty, 2600x1400 mm

If the Pro table is a light-duty option, the Standard Duty is the table for everyone else. Think of it as the Honda Civic of fixture tables — reliable, capable, and built to handle virtually any job a professional fabricator will throw at it on a daily basis. It is the most popular choice across the Fireball lineup. The Standard Duty features one-piece cast iron construction with heavy ribbing underneath, delivering exceptional stiffness and rigidity. Cast iron is naturally spatter-resistant, meaning weld spatter is far less likely to stick compared to regular plate steel. You can fully weld out directly on the Standard Duty surface — it’s built for it — and torch heat can be applied directly to the cast iron without causing damage.

  • Coating: Corrosion, spatter, and scratch resistant Dragon Scale
  • Ribbing: Full height 150 mm ribbing engineered to torsional rigidity
  • Holes: All counterbore and chamfered on back sides
  • Side face on the tables is 150 mm tall with 1 row of holes.
  • The modular leg accessory system provides an extensive range of customization options.
  • 12 mm thick table that shares all the same fixtures as the 25 mm thick table.
  • Flatness (+/- 0.127 mm) full length, corner to corner

BEST SUITED FOR:

  • Professional fabricators and small shop owners
  • Everyday production welding and fabrication
  • Users who want a serious, no-compromise table at an accessible price point
  • Second-floor shops where floor load capacity is a concern — the Standard Duty is significantly lighter than the Heavy Duty

Where the Standard Duty reaches its limits:

If you regularly build very tall weldments that generate long lever-arm forces, or if you frequently straighten frames and large structural assemblies under extreme twisting loads, the Heavy Duty's 25 mm top will serve you better.

Spacer Requirement for Tacking Bolt Use (Sold Separately)

These spacers are designed for tables with 19 mm diameter holes where the tabletop thickness is less than 25 mm.

Fireball tacking bolts are designed to clamp 25 mm thick Fireball blocks to 25 mm thick tables. When used with thinner tables, a spacer is required to achieve proper clamping force.

For Pro Series, Dragon Wagon and Standard Duty tables, which are 12 mm thick, we recommend using one 12.7 mm thick spacer (P/N: FA75-BSP050) per tacking bolt.

FA75-BSP050 are required for proper use and are sold separately.

Leg Options

Legs mount onto plates at the bottom of the table. Leveling feet with spindles at the bottom of the legs offer fine adjustment and leveling.

Explaining FM19 Fixture System

  • The entire Fireball Table system is based on 19 mm diameter hole sizes on a 50 mm grid pattern.
  • All fixtures are also based on a 19 mm diameter hole size and use 25 mm thick by 50 mm wide fixtures.
  • Tables and plates come in different thicknesses for different applications and price points, but ALL Fireball 19 mm fixtures are compatible with ALL Fireball 19 mm tables whether it’s a 1,500 kg heavy duty table or a portable 20 kg plate.

Why 19 mm Hole System

  • 45% larger cross section compared to 16 mm holes means stronger bolts, stronger clamps.
  • Largest hole size while still having a 50 mm grid pattern on the table and 25 mm hole pattern on fixtures.

Why 50 mm Grid Pattern

  • The 50 mm grid pattern is the ideal hole density to get clamps and fixtures where you need them.
  • Many fixtures require 2 bolts to properly align them. Having a 50 mm grid pattern allows shorter, more compact fixtures compared to a 100 mm hole spacing. This is even more important when fixtures have slots to bridge the gap to the next hole, and is the difference between a 100 mm on a 50 mm grid, vs a 200 mm slot on a 100 mm grid.

What Makes the 19 mm Hole System Superior to 16 mm

  • 45% larger hole cross section while still allowing 50 mm spacing on table and 25 mm spacing on accessories.

What Makes the 19 mm Hole System Superior to 28 mm

  • 50 mm hole spacing on tables vs 100 mm spacing.
  • 92% more holes

19 mm System

25 Holes Per 300x300 mm Section

28 mm System

13 Holes Per 300x300 mm Section

What Sets Every Fireball Table Apart

  • Oversized Surface Area — Fireball tables are larger than the industry-standard 1200x2400 mm format, providing approximately 20% more working surface. That extra space matters when positioning fixtures around a full-sized weldment.
  • Higher Hole Resolution — The 19 mm hole system at tighter hole centers gives you the strength advantages of a 28mm style system combined with the finer positional resolution of a 16mm-style system — in one table.
  • Machined Grid Lines and Perimeter Labeling — Every hole on a Fireball table has a unique label. Record exactly where every fixture was placed, come back weeks later, and set everything back up in minutes.
  • 100% Cross-Compatibility — Every Fireball table uses the exact same hole centers and spacing. Your tooling works on every table, and any two tables can be combined seamlessly.
  • The 19 mm Hole — A Century-Old Standard — The 19 mm hole has been shared between woodworkers and blacksmiths for over 100 years. Standard off-the-shelf 19 mm bolts work directly in the table — no specialized fasteners required.
  • Rigidity That Doesn't Depend on Your Floor — Fireball tables are engineered so rigid that they do not need to be leveled to be flat. The table is isolated from the floor — whether your shop floor is perfectly flat or not, your table surface will be.
