Heavy Duty Welding Table, 2000x1400 mm

The Fireball Cast Iron Tables are the best all around welding tables on the market. They combine the strength of 25 mm thick top and sides used for heavy duty tables with the more finely spaced 50 mm grid pattern you find on light to medium duty tables. Gray cast iron naturally resists weld spatter, does not form burrs on the surface, resists deformation, and once machined flat, it stays flat.

Combined with the patent pending Fireball 19 mm Fixture System, Fireball tables and fixtures are the fastest, simplest, and most secure fixture system.

What is Dragon Scale coating?

Fireball’s Dragon Scale coating provides the corrosion resistance of our previous black oxide finish with the added benefit of enhanced spatter resistance.

Itss spatter resistance needs to be seen to believed; it out performs even the best weld spatter sprays without the use of any sprays.

The Fireball Tool fixture system is superior to others on the market. It features blocks that can be used in many different ways to maximize their usage. It also can be incrementally adjusted to ensure maximum coverage as efficiently as possible while others fail to reach certain distances without a complicated fixture.

Versatility & Strength

No other system on the market combines both the strength of 50x25 mm fixture profiles with the versatility of 25 mm hole centers. This let's you place fixtures with the agility of a thinner table using 16 mm holes, but with the strength of a big table using 28 mm holes.

Always Stay Square To the Table

Other systems use a two hole slot as standard, which doesn't allow both adjustability and keeping things square. Fireball's tooth block, which forms the basis of most accessories spans 3 holes, which allows adjustment while always keeping your fixtures square with the table.

Tabletop Construction

25 mm thick Gray Cast Iron on top and 25 mm thick sides, additional reinforcement ribs underneath. Machined flat on all 5 sides to within +/- 0.0635 per 600 x 600 mm. Side apron on the tables are 200 mm tall with 3 rows of holes.

Leg Options

Legs mount onto plates at the bottom of the table. Leveling feet with spindles at the bottom of the legs offer fine adjustment and leveling.
