3-Axis Square
Three axis square is a unique solution to clamping in 3 axis at once.
- Use the inside or outside faces. 4 machined faces on both the inside and outside of the square.
- No limit on inside face, large 100 mm height limit on outside face.
- Ductile cast iron for tensile strength.
- Balanced to sit on its front feet, with additional small magnets on the front feet to resist tipping.
- Feet of the square are 25 mm wide to match our Fireball Fence Block fixture system.
- Tapped holes in both feet for installing pins that quickly align the feet with the 50 mm grid pattern of common welding tables.
- The XL is larger version, offering all the same features, with only the following changes: 177 mm height limit on outside face and 76 mm passthrough vs 50 mm passthrough on the standard square.
How the Pros Use It
Add a third leg off a 90° corner—the square holds parts perpendicular, even outside your setup.
Move the square inside the setup to hold parts along the edge—no need to stay locked to the corner.
The thin foot design allows alignment in tight gaps, squaring the outside with materials in close proximity.
